NEW PLAN!

okay. 

this may be extremely unhealthy, but i need to be motivated. 

 Wednesday, thursday and friday. Im going to fast on coffee, water and fruits. ONLY THAT. nothing else. 

Im going to have only 2 cups of coffee a day tho. 

and different fruits in moderate portions every 3 hours in order to help my metabolism going.

This would shed a few pounds, which will hopefully motivate me into eating in smaller portions as i been binge eating everyday lately.

All I want to do is drink strong coffee and eat croissants in a cute, small cafe somewhere in Europe and talk shit with some friends.
